Palace of Songs
Where the Wind God resides is a very fine place indeed. A gray palace that resides upon a rugged hilltop, above the clouds, is where he lives. The palace is ancient and heavenly beautiful, and one has a sense of relief upon entering it. It is not easy to get there, though. Down below, on flat land, there are many challenges to overcome to reach the Gods lair. There are wind storms, hurricanes, and not not mention the excruciatingly long climb to the Great Palace. It is said that once you do reach it, you can make out a beautiful singing voice, just barely outside your hearing range. But if you strain to hear it, it disappears like mist. Behind the Palace of Songs lay vast buildings, where the Gods trusted subjects live. The only place the public may see of the Palace of Songs is the Hill. The Hill is tall and grassy, with a view, and the Song may still be heard from there. The Song, as many say, is the sound of wind whistling. But others believe it is the Ancients singing their approval. The God himself believes both.
