Long since discovering this acclaimed land of promise, the deities are finding out more and more secrets of this hidden world. Not just the deities but the inhabitants as well. The reasoning for the immortals even gaining this attribute has been uncovered, the fact that there were more like them. Not only that, but the beings of this world seemed to be more terrifying, giving reason to the fallen angels. To protect the life of this world from itself. A rise to power a deity who had been hiding quite well under the thumb of the more common. The dark form lurking on the shadows was far more than just lurking. The being having complete control over the darkness and it's shifts of movement. A smothering and terrifying ability that has yet to come to light. From a land of torment into one of a nightmare it would appear. The deities have long since been here for centuries by now and established themselves in means of command. Their faces are known, and there are those out there seeking to take them down. Even some of their own kind. Alliances have broken out, that of the following in hopes of destroying the euphoria the forefathers have created. Those fighting to preserve it, As the angels are taking their sides chaos is sure to break out amongst the rise of the creatures of shadow. The creations of night.
The shadows of the past refuse to be forgotten. The god's can't keep them all safe forever. As it's said, history is doomed to repeat itself, and how can you prevent something you have no means in which of knowing what happened before? Not know the dark secrets the angels have been keeping from them all. One that may have been able to stop the madness and chaos now bearing down on the world they know and hold dear. There's simply no escape, there's no way they can run because even the shadows are no longer safe. Not while terror claims the said darkness, life is doomed as we know it, unless someone can step in. They're doomed to fall to the hand of another mysterious deity, one who's to make their face known. Not just the most prominent one, but all of them...
